• You are responsible for security of your system, passwords, data.

• You must not abuse network (e.g. DDoS, excessive resource usage).

3. Our responsibilities & limitations

• We provide the VPS service, network, hardware, monitoring.

• We don’t guarantee absolute security, but use standard industry practices (firewalls, backups, monitoring).

• We may suspend or terminate service if you breach terms, or for non-payment.

• We’re not liable for loss of data, downtime, or indirect damages beyond refunds of pro rata unused service (if applicable).

4. Billing, refunds & renewals

• You pay before activation or renewal.

• No partial refunds unless explicitly stated in a refund policy.

• If you fail to pay, your service may be suspended or terminated.

• We may change prices or plans; existing customers may be given notice before change.

5. Modifications & updates

• We may modify these terms; changes become effective after notice.

• Continued use after change means you accept the new terms.

6. Intellectual property

• All software, control panels, branding remain our property or licensed to us.

• You retain your data, software you install on the VPS.

7. Dispute & governing law

• Disputes are subject to local law (specify your country).

• You agree to resolve via negotiation first, then courts/arbitration.
